How To Call Forward Your Telephone Number Using the DMR Communications Website.
- Step 1. Go to www.dmrcom.com and click on the "My Account" button in the main navigation bar.
- Note: This page shows the same "My Account" button above in the main navigation bar.
- Step 2. Click on the "Manage Your Number" login button on the DMR Voice Service Links page
- Step 3. Login with your main telephone number and password. If you are not sure of your password, please call our customer service line at 866-404-2988 and a representative will reset it for you. Please note this password and keep it in a safe place.
- Note: This takes you to our Secure Voice Service Portal. If your browser gives you any security warning, please accept the security certificate, and proceed. Firefox 3 gives a warning that requires you to add a security exception. Please do so.
- Step 4. Once logged in to your account, click on the "Call Manager" button in the secondary navigation
- Step 5. In the Call Manager section of the portal, choose "Forwarding"
- Step 6. To forward your telephone number to another telephone number, simply add the number into the "Forward calls to" field, click the red "X" so that it becomes a green "checkmark" and click "Apply" at the bottom of the page.
- Important Note: Make sure you forward to a number using all 11 digits. You must put a one "1" in front of the area code, and number. For example, 1 714 338 8807
- Note: To unforward the number, simply click the green checkmark to turn it to a red "X" and click apply.
